Automatic lines for baking sweet rolled cones for ice-creams and creams

Kocuła company established cooperation with a Chinese producer of automatic gas powered lines for baking high-sugar wafers.
The lines bake high quality sweet wafers in the shape of cones, bowls or halves of an egg.
The oven is powered by natural gas or LPG. The production process is completely automated: from filling wafer dough on the plates, by forming the right shape of the wafer, baking the wafers, putting it into packages to count the number of wafers.
Depending on the number of baking plates individual lines have the capacity from 2,000 to 8,000 wafers per hour.
