We would like to present you our new machinery for baking wafers type "Ice-cream sandwich".
This machinery might interest you. We received a wafer's pattern last year from Japan where this wafer is very popular and this type of serving ice cream is very popular (ice-cream between 2 wafers). We had an opportunity of testing this type of an ice-cream sandwich. It is very interesting: you can eat such ice-cream sandwich for example in a car and not get dirty (or your fingers dirty).

Efficiency: 40 wafers at once; 1200 wafers in one hour.

This machinery is supplied by the electricity.
Operation: by hand with pnematics assistance.
This machinery is hand operated with pneumatics support (4 pneumatic motors). It would be possible  (with rather low investment) to equip this machinery with an additional drive which would eliminate hand operations (opening and closing of the machinery  which is the most demanding physical operation).
The machinery was designed and manufactured as a hand operated machinery in order to lower the costs of the introduction of a new wafer's type on the market and if the wafer will be received as a good new product  it is possible to automatise this  machinery or manufacture a bigger and more efficient device.
